I know there is a final retention payment, but this completes the main schedule of works. From first contact which was by recommendation they provided a comprehensive detailed quotation very quickly and scheduled the installation date. They turned up and installed the window on the given day efficiently and with very little disruption. They were very friendly in their approach and communication. They produced high quality work and left the work area clean and tidy. The only negative I can think of is that you may have to wait several months for installation as their services are clearly in high demand.
